A Dior runway show is usually comparable to one’s first visit to see a collection of art that overpowers the viewer, leaving them speechless and overwhelmed with sensory and philosophical questions. What were the pointilist greenhouse meant to represent – a church? An institution? A literal greenhouse? Was the collection a beautiful interpretation of Hieronymus Bosch’s Garden of Earthly Delights or was it a statement about our society’s constant struggle between purity and sin? Raf Simons is a pure artist as he executed stunning, thought-provoking looks, using Bosch’s painting as his inspiration. And inspiring, the collection certainly is. I am in love with it, both intellectually and because…it’s just so freaking pretty. Here are the best luxe looks of the show. And check out my personal favorite accessory – those amazing shoes!\n\n\n\n
