I’ve been seeing a lot of Jonathan Simkhai on celebs lately, and I definitely like what I’m seeing. He seems to walk this aesthetic line somewhere between Peter Pilotto and Kate Spade. Fresh, young, bright, and fluid designs.
And are you seeing what I’m seeing? Either Jonathan Simkhai and Stuart Weitzman are besties, or they have a great business partnership going on. Both make such great pieces. I’m pretty in love with both designers, so it seems to be a perfect match (at least for me to covet).
Taylor Hill wore the Bustier Split dress to the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards in NYC. I love the little triangle cutout that juxtaposes the fluid wave outline that highlights the high slit.

Emily Ratajkowski attended the event wearing this fantastic strapless mixed media midi dress in blue and white. This is definitely one of those dresses that you can’t feel lukewarm about. You either love it or you hate it. And I’m in the love camp.
