As the Cannes Film Festival 2016 drew to a close, the red carpet ended on notes of grace, opulence, and glamour. The barely there slip dress trend made one more appearance with Izabel Goulart with probably my favorite version – it was classy, sexy, and hit on all the right marks.Izabel Goulart in Alexandre Vauthier at The Last Face premiere - Photo credit - Getty - The Luxe Lookbook

Kirsten Dunst showed off her version of the yellow trend, with a vibrant canary Maison Margiela with black lace detailing at the bottom.

Elle Fanning wore a stunning sheer floral Valentino gown with a boning corset. Her styling was simple with hair parted down the middle and pulled back into a bun, with understated eye makeup and a rose lip. Gorgeous!

During the closing, Kirsten Dunst wore an old world opulent gown by Valentino. The nude gown had a strapless bodice with lace details attached to multiple layers of sheer skirting with white embroidery.

  1. Izabel Goulart’s dress is absolutely to die for! I’ve been beyond obsessed with Bella Hadid’s dress though, so it’s really no surprise that I love it 😛 It’s posts like these that made me wish I was invited to such gorgeous, swanky events… and that I could afford incredibly expensive Alexandre Vauthier dresses. Keep up the good work! 🙂
