The focal point was dreamy movement in Alberta Ferretti‘s Fall 16 Couture collection, and to this end, there was a plethora of vintage vibed fringe, beading, pearls, and flowing silks wafting through the halls of her Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré shop.

In an effort to cater to client requests of more unique runway and special evening wear, the looks were lively, fun, and photogenic. The first few pieces were playful 1920’s style flapper minis, midis, and maxis in white, tan, and heather.

Then came 1930′ style silk and crystal numbers, an incredible baby blue fringed bodice ballgown with the cages outlined in sheer shells, as well as a few 3D relief works showing under the sea motifs.

Siren gowns with sheer bodices embroidered with corals and undersea motifs were met with handkerchief shell skirts in a light flare. A black version had a sequin lattice on the bodice trailing down to a layered tulle skirt. Absolutely gorgeous.

The level of detail was unparalleled with an obvious emphasis on one of a kind statement gowns to wow the room.
