Almost as important as the dress a celeb picks out for the Oscars red carpet is the Oscars after party red carpet look…especially the Vanity Fair party. Some of the celebs turned up to the after parties just as dressed as the event itself. Take a look at our picks for best dressed!

Hailee Steinfeld ~ Dress: Ralph and Russo

Just as gorgeous (I think more!) than her dress for the actual Oscars event.

Sofia Vergara ~ Dress: Michael Kors Collection // Shoes: Christian Louboutin // Jewelry: Lorraine Schwartz

Sofia always looks amazing in a bodycon, but this snakeskin style metallic looks stunning on her.

Elizabeth Banks ~ Dress: Elie Saab // Shoes: Sophia Webster // Bag: Jimmy Choo // Jewelry: Fernando Jorge

You know I’m a total fan of Elie Saab, and this particular gown is perfect for Elizabeth. The cinch waist and low cut are so flattering on her. And her styling is on point.

A complete 20-piece eyeshadow wardrobe in one chic tarteist™ palette.

Kate Bosworth ~ Dress: J. Mendel

Now THIS is how you do the ballet dress trend. Stunning.

Adriana Lima

Another gorgeous gold, and I love the subtle ombre effect. The sexiness is definitely there, but again subtle with a wrap keyhole cutout. An elegant step up from the racy gowns we’re used to seeing Adriana in!

Kate Beckinsale

Love the drama of this gown while also stunningly sexy! Dang, girl!

Thandie Newton ~ Dress: Schiaparelli

This is such a fun dress! The glimmer fades down to a sheer straight skirt, and I am loving the pops of color on her sculptural cap sleeves.

Demi Lovato ~ Dress: Monique Lhuillier // Shoes: Giuseppe Zanotti // Bag: Edie Parker // Jewelry: Loree Rodkin and DVANI

First, the soft blush purple is a great color against Demi’s skintone. And who doesn’t adore some great frothy tulle once in a while? And her styling is just gorgeous.

Lily Collins ~ Dress: Elie Saab // Shoes: Charlotte Olympia

Vintage classic gorgeous. Maybe a bit overdone with the brows, but we’ll let that slide. The rest of it is total perfection.
