Saying your vows in a barn filled with hay and animals (whoo, that smell!) may not seem like the ideal setting, but after Kaley Cuoco‘s wedding this past weekend, you might reconsider.
The Big Bang Theory actress married her guy Karl Cook, a professional equestrian. Since they both love horses, a horse ranch was kind of perfect, and they showed us that with a certain level of sophistication, just about any setting can make a luxurious wedding.
The altar was a giant, I mean EXTRA floral and feather horse shoe.
Kaley wore a white sleeveless lace Reem Acra gown with a matching cape, which sparkled as the bride moved on the altar. And while the ceremony was certainly intimate and endearing, it definitely wasn’t too serious. One of the guests caught a moment of laughter during the marriage rites.
After the ceremony, the bride and groom stole a moment to themselves as man and wife. So freaking beautiful! Ok, this makes barn weddings look like 5-star hotels.
Then a quick wardrobe change, and Cuoco (er, Cook? No idea if she’s changing it.) reappeared in a lace Tadashi Shoji jumpsuit to get the party started.
Then it was time to hit the reception, which was in a two-story tent along with the barn. Um, seriously. Gorgeous.
And did they party.
I hope right now, they are basking in the warm glow of it all on their honeymoon.
