I love cities that appreciate local artists enough to commission giant murals all over their buildings. I walked all over the Neon District of Norfolk to find some of these fantastic treasures that were just as good (if not better?!) as exploring a museum.
I wore a trend that was shown on both Fall 16 and Spring 17 runways: the off-the-shoulder look. This one had half bell sleeves, which I thought was a playful little touch.

I wore this as an end of summer look when it’s still slightly warm, but you can also pair it with some second skin full boots or ankle boots to get a great Autumn outfit.
I completed the look with a pair of granite drop earrings, which I am absolutely in love with. They are surprisingly light weight for how substantial they look, and don’t pull down on my earlobes at all like many earrings of those size.
