It’s a wild time for actress Scarlett Johansson, who just filed for divorce from husband Romain Dauraic earlier this month, and is reportedly facing a difficult custody battle for their daughter Rose Dorothy. Amidst that turmoil, her latest film, Ghost in the Shell is shaping up to be a blockbuster hit. The film is a science fiction action movie based on a manga originally written in 1989 by Japanese author and illustrator Masamune Shirow. The manga has a cult following, so that combined with the action packed strong visuals of the film, and oh yeah, the beautiful Scarlett Johansson as leading lady, may get some strong ticket sales.
On Wednesday evening, Scarlett appeared at the film’s premiere in Japan wearing a sexy teal all-in-one jumpsuit by Balmain. Family drama? She hid it well, and looked stellar with this asymmetric draping creating a faux gown effect to go with her funky new do that *almost* looks like a fallen faux hawk. Rock it out, girl.

From there, Johansson returned to the U.S. to attend the New York City premiere. She amped up the sex appeal, wearing a vertically striped bodycon plunge gown that is just as sexy in the back as it is in the front.
